Case Collection | Limited Warranty
If your Case Collection product has a manufacturing fault, we’ll make it right. Tell
us, show us, and we’ll replace it. Your legal rights still stand.
What’s covered
Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, including:
- Print defects
- Any issue with the cases
- Faulty magnets/MagSafe alignment (MagSafe cases)
- Structural issues (warped shell, loose seams, cracked frame not caused by impact)
What’s not covered
Normal wear and tear or damage from use, including:
- Scratches, scuffs, corner rub, minor print wear
- UV or heat-related colour changes
- Drops, impact or liquid damage to the case or your phone
- Damage from third-party accessories, alterations, or unauthorised repairs
- Purchases from unauthorised sellers/marketplaces
Coverage period (from delivery date)
- Printed Cases (MagSafe & Non-MagSafe): 12 months
- Screen Protectors: 30 days
- Straps, Lanyards, Charms & other accessories: 6 months (unless stated otherwise on the product page)
Remedy
- We’ll replace the same product.
- If out of stock, we’ll send a similar style/finish of equal value (exact colour/pattern not guaranteed).
- One warranty replacement per item.
How to make a claim
Email hello@casecollection.com with:
- Order number
- Photos/video of the issue + the whole product
- Brief note on how/when the issue showed upTiming: please report within 14 days of noticing the fault
Shipping
- We cover outbound shipping of your replacement.
- If we need the item back, we’ll ask first and provide a prepaid return label.
Where this applies
- Purchases from our official store
- We can’t honour warranty for unauthorised resellers or private listings.
Personalised / custom items
- Covered for manufacturing defects.
- Not eligible for refund due to change of mind.
What we don’t cover (legal bit)
This warranty doesn’t cover your phone or other property and excludes indirect or
incidental damages as allowed by law.

Your legal rights
This warranty sits alongside your statutory rights. In the UK you have:
- A 30-day short-term right to reject faulty goods for a full refund.
- Within 6 months, the fault is presumed present at delivery unless the retailer proves otherwise;
- you’re entitled to replacement, then a refund if that fails.
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
