Return, Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Terms
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you don’t, here’s how we handle returns, refunds, exchanges and cancellations.
Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
- Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Custom and personalised orders cannot be returned.
- Sale items are final and non-returnable.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
- Once we’ve received and checked your return, please allow 1–2 working days for us to process the refund.
- Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take up to 5–10 working days for the amount to appear in your account.
Exchanges
- We’re happy to exchange your item for a different model, size, colour or design.
- Postage charges may apply for exchanges.
Return Shipping
- Customers cover return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
- If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we’ll send you a replacement immediately at no cost.
Cancellations
We believe in getting your order to you as quickly as possible.
- If you need to cancel, please contact us straight away.
- If we manage to stop your order before it’s dispatched, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund.
- If your order has already been shipped, don’t worry - you can still return it using the process above.
